Branding design
Continoued work on the game concept in the shape of product and brand packaging. Product will also be part of the game interface.
Purpose of the event
2022 Scandinavian Forum.
The event was organized by 10 people.
This event was an event to share information on employ
ment and self-development of Koreans
residing in Scandinavia.
Industry and academy was the main focus,
there were 10 special session with speakers.
The event was attended by 100 guests.
I was commissioned to create paraphernalia for events to be distributed to
speakers and geusts a like.
My budget was 120,000 swedish kr,
Process
The event was organized by 10 people.Due to the distance between the members of the team as well as covid/restrictions most meetings
were held through zoom.
I was in charge of company selection, items, design and ordering.
Item and design selection
Many participants had children therefor we chose items for everydayuse with a childfriendly design.
An eco bag was selected to contain event items and to be conveniently portable and used in various places.
Since this event was held in Sweden I chose the dalah’st,
I made it cute to appeal to both adults and children alike.
This event was a showcase of the two countries friendship so I also made a korean partner for the swedish dalah’st
Process
We encountered the same problems as aformentioned so most meetings were carried out via zoom.
We looked at large ordering companies in Korea and Sweden,
The company we selected we chose on the basis of quantity, price, and delivery period.
For this event held on May 14th, I chose to complete delivery on May 6th, a week earlier.
Trial and error and introspection
There were opinions such as activity fit or iPod as souvenirs,
but It can be used again for other events in the future, such as machine trends or inventory handling problems.
Due to issues such as production period and price,
items were decided through voting through meetings.
Items that were supposed to arrive on May 6th were not shipped until the 13th,
the day before the last event, and some of the items were not ready.
After contacting the company, the event coordinator decided to pick up the goods on the day of the event,
so the goods were ready on the day of the event.
